Who is Scale actually for?

How is this different from the Strategic Growth Programme?

SGP is a 7-month structured transformation at £18K, built for £300K+ agencies committing to a full rebuild. Scale is rolling monthly coaching at £1K to £1.5K per month for founders who want a sparring partner, not a sprint. Many Scale clients started with the Intensive or SGP and stayed on for the long term.

What actually happens on the monthly call?

Why £1,000 to £1,500, what changes?

Cadence and scope. Some founders want one focused 2-hour call a month with light async support. Others want richer Slack involvement, deeper review of proposals and management accounts, and the option of a second call mid-month. We agree the right level on the discovery call.

What if I am under £100K?

Start with the free Agency Health Scorecard and the Selling Creative Services course (£400 value, free with the Scorecard). Most of what holds founders under £100K is pricing, positioning, and not enough pipeline. Both are covered in the course. Come back to Scale when revenue clears £100K.
