The Tuesday call
A live group session every week with me and the other founding members: pipeline, pricing, team, whatever is actually in front of you. Every session is recorded into a training library that grows week on week.
The Growth Room · Founding member offer
Group coaching from Move at Pace for agency owners from £100k a year, with no cap above. Every week, a live call with me and a small room of owners at your stage, plus the full system my 1:1 clients run.
Founding terms close 15 October 2026
What it is
I know what stuck feels like. At my own agency I was the whole system for years: every sale, every sign-off and every fire ran through me, and nobody had made me fix it early. The Growth Room is for agency owners doing £100k+ a year, call it £8k a month and up, who want to build the system before that bites, with a weekly rhythm and without 1:1 prices.
Every week you get a live call with me and a small room of owners at your stage, plus the full system my 1:1 clients run. The room grows with you; there's no ceiling on it.
What you get
A live group session every week with me and the other founding members: pipeline, pricing, team, whatever is actually in front of you. Every session is recorded into a training library that grows week on week.
Post where you are and what's stuck through the client portal between calls. I read every one and reply personally.
The same system my 1:1 clients work from, live in the portal. You get the lot from day one.
A structured monthly review of your business: revenue, pipeline, team, and the priorities for the month ahead.
One outside specialist each month on the areas that matter at your stage.
The price
£750 per month
The founding term is six months, billed as three instalments of £1,500 (one every two months). After the founding term it rolls month to month at your locked price.
The founding window closes on 15 October 2026. There's no countdown timer and no fake deadline. Two things are genuinely limited, and that's it: the founding price ends on that date, and the earlier you join, the smaller the room and the more of my attention you get.
Take a founding seatEvery founding member starts with a 30-minute call with me to confirm the room is right for you both ways.
The guarantee
If you have shown up to the calls and run the moves we agreed, and that score has not moved, you leave: the instalment you are in comes back to you and nothing further is billed.
I can make that promise because the progress is measured, not felt. No other coaching room will put a number on it.
Honest fit check
Mastermind or something better?
Call it an agency mastermind, an agency peer group, group coaching for agency owners: the label matters less than what happens in the room. Plenty of rooms give you a table of smart people and a warm chat, and you leave no clearer than you walked in. A generic business peer group sits you next to a plumber and an e-commerce founder, and the advice never quite fits an agency that sells time and creative work.
Going it alone is worse. I ran my agency mostly on my own instinct for years, and the calls I got wrong were the ones where no experienced owner was in the room to challenge me.
The Growth Room is built to fix both. It is a mastermind for agency owners and nobody else, run by someone who built and sold one, on the same six pillars my 1:1 clients work from. You get the peer group and the coach in the same room, every week, with the moves written down and someone checking you actually ran them.
Why the UK part matters
Go looking for an agency mastermind and most of what comes back is American. Priced in dollars, run on US hours, benchmarked against US day rates and US buyers. Plenty of it is good. It just is not costed, taxed or sold in the market you actually operate in.
The Growth Room runs on UK time. The rate bands we work from are UK bands, the margin numbers are UK numbers, and when we get to what your agency is worth, it is UK multiples and UK tax. If you want to see the alternatives first, I keep an honest list of UK agency masterminds and communities, including the ones that are not mine.
The other difference is accountability. Most peer groups for agency owners meet monthly. You leave with good intentions and report back four weeks later, by which point the month is gone. This room meets weekly, and someone checks whether you ran the move.
Where it sits
Above The Growth Room is Scale, my 1:1 coaching, at more than double this price. Below it, nothing. I'll never build a low-ticket tier, so this is the most affordable way to get me on your business, now or later.

Who's behind it
I built Kaizen, a Belfast agency, from zero to £2.2M over 13 years, then sold it. Since then I've coached 100+ agency owners who have added £60M+ between them.
Some recent numbers from clients running these frameworks:
Which one is this?
These three get used interchangeably and they are not the same thing. The difference is not the content. It is who owns whether anything actually changes.
Content, on demand.
Nobody owns the outcome. You start it in week one and finish it alone, or more often you do not finish it at all.
Peers, usually monthly.
The room owns the thinking, nobody owns the outcome. Four weeks is long enough to turn up with the same problem twice.
Peers and a coach, weekly.
You own the outcome and I check it. Weekly accountability, the frameworks, and someone who has run the business you are running answering the question.
FAQ
Scale is my 1:1 coaching, at more than double this price, with my full attention on your specific business every week. The Growth Room gets you the same weekly rhythm, the same frameworks, and a room of owners at your stage, for £750. Step up to Scale whenever you want one to one; there's no ceiling on how far you take the room.
Every session is recorded and added to the training library, so you catch up in your own time. Post your question in the weekly check-in and I'll answer it there. A missed call never means a missed week.
The first live session is Tuesday 1 September 2026. Founding members confirm the exact call time with me, which is part of shaping the format.
Six months, billed £1,500 every two months, with the day-90 guarantee sitting inside it. After that it rolls monthly at your locked price.
We re-score your weakest pillar at day 90. Shown up, run the moves, score hasn't shifted: you leave, the current instalment is refunded, nothing further to pay. It's conditional on doing the work, deliberately. This room is for doers.
In everything but the name, yes. It is a small room of agency owners at your stage, meeting live every Tuesday, thinking through the real problems in front of each other. The difference from most masterminds is that it is coached, not just convened. I built and sold an agency, so you get a facilitator who has run the business you are running, plus the frameworks and a day-90 guarantee on the outcome.
A generic business mastermind puts you next to founders from industries that have nothing to do with agency life, so the advice rarely fits how you sell time and creative work. The Growth Room is only agency owners, only from £100k a year and up, working the same six pillars. You get the peer group and a coach who has done it, in one room, every week.
Group coaching, live and weekly. A course is something you binge once and never open again. This is the Tuesday rhythm: a live call, a check-in I answer personally, a guest expert each month, and the frameworks library alongside it. The point is the room and the reps, not a set of videos.
Most of the well known ones are American. They are priced in dollars, run on US hours, and benchmarked against US rates. There are UK options, and I list them honestly, including the ones that are not mine, in this guide to UK agency masterminds and communities. The Growth Room is the UK one that meets every week rather than every month.
It varies, and a lot of it is not published. Where the price is public it runs from around £250 a month for UK peer groups up to well over $1,000 a month for the larger US programmes. One to one coaching is a different bracket again, and I have set out what an agency coach costs in the UK if you want the full range. The Growth Room is £750 a month, locked for life for founding members.
