5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies by service:
- Coaching Programmes: A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase for new clients. Beyond this period, no refunds are available.
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are available once access has been granted.
- Events: Cancellation policies will be specified at the time of booking.
