Often our strategy days move beyond the owners or business founders and include a selection of the leadership teams. By facilitating these strategy sessions, we aim to focus the attention of all parties on the agreed goals and focus acutely on achieving this outcome.
What to expect from our strategy days
Focusing on a specific business opportunity or challenge, we will work collectively to formulate a considered plan and direction for the business. We facilitate the conversation and provide a structured activity framework to maximise input and outputs.
Our strategy sessions consist of the following:
- Pre-meeting planning and agenda creation
- Half or full-day strategy session with your chosen advisor
- Post-meeting follow-up and completion of any agreed actions

The work that we undertake is held in the strictest confidence and we hold this responsibility with the highest integrity. However, the experience our advisors have gained working within their own and many other businesses is integral to providing an expansive breadth and depth of knowledge.
Investment
To complete our strategy sessions effectively there is a requirement and investment of both time and money.
We will always be respectful of your time and commitment to our service. But we expect the same in return. Our focus is always to provide trusted and valued advice that provides benefits far greater than any investment in our service.
The cost of this service depends on several factors, but we will discuss all of these during your free discovery call.
Locations
We are happy to suggest several off-site locations right across the UK & Ireland. However, if you have suitable facilities onsite at your business location, this is also fine.
