Business Diagnostic

Knowing the current state of play of your business, its strategic objectives, and your own aspirations is critical to defining the successful outcomes of your Exit Ready programme.

When you begin the Exit Ready programme, we’ll conduct an extensive business diagnostic to fully understand the current position of your business across key internal functions and external factors that should be considered.

Through the business diagnostic, we’ll identify and address core business opportunities to tackle in the short, medium and longer terms. These will become the basis of our quantifiable measures of success.

Monthly 1-1 Strategy Call

As part of The Exit Ready Programme, you will have an extensive 1-1 strategy call with Connor each month.

Within the call, we’ll address current business actions, opportunities and challenges faced in the business, as well as looking forward to achieve the goals outlined in the business diagnostic.

The calls are primarily reserved for the Directors of the business, however where applicable, your senior management teams are welcome to join.

On a 6-monthly basis, we will focus attention on reviewing the current actions and setting near and mid-term goals.

Unlimited Support

Unlimited support each month is provided by our trusted network of industry advisors via channels most appropriate to you. We are happy to answer any comms via your chosen communication method.
