Each of the 8 categories is scored 0, 1, or 2 based on your answer. Your total score out of 16 places you in one of three bands: Founder-Trapped (0-5), Building (6-10), or Agency-Grade (11-16). Your results are sorted by weakness so you can see your biggest bottleneck immediately.
