Our expectation is to host the event in the RockyPop Hotel & Spa, Flaine. Once we have an indication of the expected number of attendees we will begin the process of securing locations for each of the events.
There are plenty of locations in this resort to stay, however the event will be held in the 4* 118-room RockyPop Hotel. You are welcome to stay here or at any other location.
The summit activities will begin on the evening of the 13th January 2026 and continue until the 16th. There are multiple flights from Belfast& Dublin to Geneva each week. Attendance to the events is not mandatory, so please feel free to arrive when this suits your schedule.
We will assist all attendees with the booking of transfers to and from Geneva. Where applicable we will help multiple attendees book the same transfer for speed and cost efficiency.
Once you have confirmed your booking we will add this to our database and keep you posted with regular updates.
