Business Diagnostic
Knowing the current state of play of your business, its strategic objectives, and your own aspirations is critical to defining the successful outcomes of your Creative Mastermind membership.
When you join The Creative Mastermind, we’ll conduct an extensive business diagnostic to fully understand the current position of your business across key internal functions and external factors that should be considered.
Through the business diagnostic, we’ll identify and address core business opportunities to tackle in the short, medium and longer terms. These will become the basis of our quantifiable measures of success.
Monthly 1-1 Strategy Call
As part of The Creative Mastermind, you will have an extensive 1-1 strategy call with Connor each month.
Within the call, we’ll address current business actions, opportunities and challenges faced in the business, as well as looking forward to achieve the goals outlined in the business diagnostic.
The calls are primarily reserved for the Directors of the business, however where applicable, your senior management teams are welcome to join.
On a 6-monthly basis, we will focus attention on reviewing the current actions and setting near and mid-term goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
The first month of the programme is £4,500 payable on acceptance. This covers the diagnostic and onboarding process. Beyond that, The Creative Mastermind costs £1,500 per month payable on the 1st of each month.
For £21,000 in year 1, you are getting executive-level support for your creative agency. The cost reduces to £18,000 in subsequent years.
At this time VAT is not applicable, but we will advise when this becomes the case. Any prices quoted above will be +VAT.
Yes, you work directly with me on The Creative Mastermind Programme. This is a personalised service ensuring you get the most from your investment.
Prospective clients often first speak with my colleagues to understand if we’ll be a fit.
Calls are scheduled between 10am & 4pm GMT Monday to Wednesday. I play golf Thursday and Friday
Absolutely. Depending on the size of your agency, you might benefit from our Agency Growth Network programme. Alternatively, I do offer 1:1 personal coaching sessions on an “as requested” basis. You can find out more about this here.
