The Four-Stage Process (8 Weeks)

Stage 1: Discovery

A structured workshop addressing six core growth pillars:

This stage requires preparation of financial documents (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow forecast, utilisation report) and takes approximately two hours.

Data is benchmarked against successful agencies to reveal improvement opportunities across all business functions.

Stage 3: Growth Plan

Develops strategic goals through OKRs (objectives and key results), breaking them into departmental and individual milestones.

Utilises short cycles of considered focus (Sprints) to implement strategy efficiently.

Stage 4: Delivery

Monthly meetings (up to 1.5 hours) with strategists to monitor implementation, maintain momentum, and answer implementation questions.

Unlimited support available via advice channels throughout the programme.
