Sometimes the answers are hidden, other times they are shrouded in subjectivity.
Our role as executive coaches is not to tell you the answer, but rather to bring a level of objectivity to your decision-making process.
We’ll help you navigate the challenges and the opportunities you face and help you identify all the relevant and requested information you need to make an informed decision.
We’ll respectfully challenge you to achieve your goals and provide a level of accountability that will support each step of the journey.
Onboarding
Our coaching series begins with onboarding. In advance of our first session, we’ll send you a discovery questionnaire. This will allow you to identify what you’d like to achieve from the coaching sessions and provide me with enough information to be able to direct the first meeting.
In the first session, we’ll cover a lot of ground setting up the parameters for our further conversations and providing a roadmap to follow.
Each session will focus on your overall ambitions, but there is always a consideration to the reactionary or live “issues” that we can address immediately and ensure you get the most benefit from the sessions.
Individual coaching sessions usually last between 1-2 hours and are conducted online or at a convenient location where you can be relaxed and uninterrupted.
Prior to each meeting, we’ll share an agenda for you to fill in. This will ensure we can prioritise current goals or challenges while remaining focused on longer-term ambitions.
Don’t worry if you’ve yet to consider your future vision or goals, as we can cover this in our first executive coaching session.
Generally, our executive coaching sessions are booked in 6-month blocks, however, we are happy to offer a free 30-minute discovery call to ensure we’re a good fit for each other.

Yes, all of our coaching services support clients right across the province. While we’re a digital-first business, we are always happy to have an in-person meeting. Mileage is not included in your fee and is charged at 45 pence per mile.
